I know it's easier said than done, but try not to get too upset about it now. This is why many doctors (mine included) prefer to wait until 8 weeks to see you. Cramps are pretty common early in pregnancy...I know I had them. Hang in there and keep us posted.

i had my first sono at 5W3D.. .. and they barely saw anything.. no worries!

I think its too early to be concerned just yet...I went at 5 weeks saw a sac, at 6 weeks saw a yolk sac and then finally at 7 weeks saw the baby and HB..I was worried sick for no reason...My next baby I will not go to see the doc until at least my 8th week for this reason...
I think this is why most doctors wont see you until 8 weeks...to avoid the worries and anxiety associated with these first few weeks.....

We have the same Dr's and I was able to see and hear a heartbeat at 5weeks,6days with my DD. For both of my pregnancies(early on) I've had pretty intense side pains that I always thought was a sign of ectopic. My fingers are crossed everything works out for you

It's early, you never know. I got sono's from week 4-7 and only at 7 an embryo showed up. There was a sac though. Everyone is different. go by the numbers and get the test a few times.

I had a sono at 5 weeks, b/c I had some spotting and there was nothing but a sac...didn't see anything until 7 weeks.
