Had my virgin hair highlighted (updated to add pics)
And eeek! So not lovin the look at all. Had posted a few days ago about trying to freshen up my fading natural red hair and blonde highlights did nothing but make it look even less red so oops. Colorist did a nice job don't get me wrong but not feeling the blond hair on me. oh well live and learn. Just needed to vent. Thanks ladies! It is hair and it will grow out and fade eventually.
Ok for Adrianna and Trish some profile pics but no face shots b/c (a) no make-up and (b) can't stand the way it looks up against my face so it will only upset me.

Post pictures Kristen. I think you just need time to get use to them. I had them once and I felt the same way until I got use to it. If you really aren't crazy about them what about going back and seeing if they can add toner to your hair to make the them a little darker?

Whenever I get my hair highlighted I always don't like it at first because you can distinctly see each chunck of the lighter color. The first time I got it done the colorist told me to give it a little time and it will start to blend better. She was right. After a little while it started to blend and looked so much better and more natural. If you still don't like it after a little while you can have them put a toner in to tone down the highlights.

I absoultly love it! I think it looks great and you just need to adjust to it. It is very subtle.
