FET w/Clotting Disorders
Hello all! I have a quick question for you ladies...if you have blood clotting issues did you take the estrogen patches when you had your FET or oral Estrace or Vaginal Estrogen??
When I went in for my BETA earlier this month the RE I saw that day mentioned the Vivelle Patches. I will ask my RE when I see him next week, but I was just curious since with my fresh cycles I couldn't do BCP or even several years back with the birth control products: patch, pills, etc I couldn't use it due to my history of DVT's.

Clotting issues here... I used estrace orally and vaginally. I also used vivelle patches in my first fresh cycle.
A rise in estrogen makes you more prone to clots, regardless of how it's administered. I'm guessing if they are worried they will have you on some sort of blood thinner.

Mine was not fet. But I have many manyclotting issues including Dvts and I took both Estrace and vivelle patches
