what type of cough syrup do u use
and when do you take it? and for how long?

I take the CVS brand "Tussin" and the only active ingredient is Guaifenesin. I usually take it from CD 10 until day of ovulation.

I take it a few hours before BD...but I have also taken it twice a day...morning and night. Did some reading up about it, and everybody does it differently. I stop when I ovulate. I definitely notice a difference in my CM. Good luck!
