Baby movement at 31 weeks
I have been dealing with a great deal of stress and the last 2 days I have not felt as much movement as I have been normally. Should I worry and call the doctor? Feeling a little nervous.

Baby is getting big, so there is getting less room to move around.
have you felt the baby at all??
Just try and relax im sure the baby is just fine...
but to give you a peice of mind, cant hurt to call your dr.

if you can Drink some OJ and lay down on ur left side. If you don't feel a lot of movement then call ur doc
Sometimes I realize that when I'm busy or stressed I don't feel the movement a lot because I don't pay attention to it.

I believe at 32 wks is when they get concerned over not having consistent movement. That is when they start the "baby kicks" counts.
They usually tell you to lay on your side and you should have 10 movements in 2 hours...and if you do not, then you should contact the doctor. But again, they started the kick counts at 32 wks for most women, so it might be a week early for concern.
I'd drink some OJ and/or cold water to get some movement happening.

Thanks. My grandpa just died and we were close. I am probably not paying attention. I just ate and the baby is moving around. It was when I got up this morning too. My schedule is off too I have not been at work. Just feeling anxious and sad.

So sorry for your loss. 
Don't feel bad about freaking out -- you have a lot on your plate right now, so it's easy to worry.
