If the Old Wives Tale is true....
If the old wives tale that says that if you have heartburn the baby will have hair.. then Im going to give birth to two chimpanzees because the heartburn has been SOOO bad through out the whole pregnancy.
The last two days I cant do anything to make it subside at all.

ugh, i hear you! mine has been really on and off though. last night i totally gave up and slept on the couch for the first time with a giant foam wedge. dh didn't even notice i was gone until the morning, lol.

Ive been on the couch since I was 4 months. I cant sleep in bed at all!!

LOL it is funny. Thats how I feel when people say that my babies will have a full head of hair cuz of the heartburn. LOL

I know the feeling. Mine was here for a while and then it went away for 2 weeks and as of yesterday it's back. I have not even had anything bad to eat. Tums don't really help much at all.

I swear - Gaviscon is a LIFE SAVER. When my heartburn was getting bad, I had DH buy it for me, the mint flavor, and a quick swig was like an INSTANT neutralizer.
I hope you get some relief!

For a while I was taking one Pepcid a day and it helped a lot.
But since I started taking the meds to keep my contraction to a minimum it got SO much worse and nothing works. Hopefully its just one more week of this (or less)

Me too. I was literally crying on my way to work its so bad. And all I had today was water so far. Wakes me up 10 times a night..on the verge of puking! UGHHH Go Away!!!
