In the midst of the Christmas holiday coming up.....
what is your favorite holiday food or recipe?
I have to say mine is the pumpkin walnut cheesecake i make every year, i don't make it often but when i do, i indulge every bite!

I leave the cooking to the rest of my family around the holidays... i stick with the apps mostly... shrimp cocktail... and im brigning tomato & mozz to Christmas Eve...

Pizzelles - thin, thin vanilla cookies with powdered sugar. We have pizzelle irons that have been in the family for years and years (you can't buy the good, high quality kind like we have anymore) and every Xmas we make tons of pizzelles.
Homemade Fudge - My mom has made fudge since we were kids and as I got older I started making it too at Xmas. It's tradition.
