TUESDAY QOTD
What (if any) are your plans for staying fit/healthy during pregnancy?
All of my other pregnancies, I ate what I wanted pretty much because I had the "hey, I'm pregnant!" mentality and I gained so much weight each time. Plus I didn't excercise much. This time I plan on eating healthy all week long with one "cheat day" for cravings. I also plan on running or doing the elliptical 4 days a week.

Re: TUESDAY QOTD
I have been a lifetime member of WW since after college- so I will probably continue with that- I just have to find out how many points to add to my diet
I also have a trainer twice a week- so I'll continue with that as well.

Re: TUESDAY QOTD
To be honest.. I think I might have the 'hey, im pregnant' mentality . I won't go overboard and try to stay active, but I will probably give in to all the cravings!

Re: TUESDAY QOTD
I purposely joined the gym when we started to TTC so that I would get in a routine before pregnancy. Although I am trying to talk myself out of going a day after BFP, I really want to try to go to the gym at least twice a week. It's supposed to help you get back in shape faster afterwards and be good for childbirth.

Re: TUESDAY QOTD
I am working out regularly and running now. I usually eat healthy, so I hope to be able to continue after the BFP. I really, really, really don't want to gain too much weight (more than I have to)
