AF showed today and on CD20?! Honestly I'm not too upset bc I think the early O plus early AF this cycle is due to me finally remembering to take my metformin everyday like I'm supposed to. I'm hoping that now within the next cycle or two things will become "normal". All we can do is wait and see!

See I'm not sure I did because of course when temping was most important I had a week of terrible sleep.
What do you think? Only had the positive OPK the one day on CD9 and only had EWCM for CD8 and 9. Today was CD20 and I got AF. I don't know what to think, damn PCOS!

how long is your LP normally?
i would assume if you did get AF that you did O. do you normally have anov bleeding when you don't O?
i dont, i only get AF when I O.

Honestly the only time I had normal cycles where I know I O'd and was able to count an LP was when I was on clomid and then the first cycle after taking it. All those times my LP was 13 days. I do always get an anov bleed but it's always comes every 40-42 days.

obv im no doctor but with your history i would guess an AF-like bleed 11 days after a smiley would mean a high likelihood that you Oed. i know you said you slept poorly and couldnt temp accurately, but was there any trackable pattern??
you know me, im not at all trying to spread false hope, just seems like the facts point more to O than not.

I definitley always appreciate your honesty. I was leaning towards thinking that I O'd also but hearing you agree really makes me think I did. Honestly my reason for not sleeping well is I've been dealing with awful night terrors (who knew grown ups got these?!) so when I've woken up I've been so shaken that I wouldn't remember to temp or I would be up all night and never get 3-4 consecutive hours so I didn't even bother. They seem to be going away (knock wood) so hopefully this cycle I'll be able to temp and know for sure what's going on.
Thanks so much for your help, like I said, I really value and appreciate your opinion!
