Well when i was younger I thought i would definately have 1 or 2 kids by the time I was 25, but in reality I didn't get married until 30 and had my 1st child at 31, with any luck I will be having my 2nd by 34. I always said I wanted my kids 2 yrs aprt, but financially that was not in the cards. If I get PG soon my son will be just turning 3 when #2 comes along. In hind sight I am really happy about that. I have had so much 1 on 1 time with my son that I would never trade for anything. I think this way he will be a little older and less needy when #2 comes so I will also be able to offer that baby some undevided attention as well. I am hoping to have 3 kids, but we'll see if that plan works out. I have definately learner to say "Thank God for unanswered prayers"
I could not be happier with the way things worked out for me in life.

I always saw myself getting married and having kids after I was 30. Well, I got married at 26 and started to TTC when I was 27. I am 28 now and the earliest I will have my first child is at 29.

I wanted to be married by 25 and baby before I'm 30 - but no sooner than that. I wanted to have 4/5 years to enjoy being married. Now, I just got married at 26 and we will start TTC this summer. So much for wanting a few years to 'enoy each other', lol. It was like we suddenly felt ready and didn't want to wait anymore! I will be 27 in March and we plan to start TTC in June. Hopefully I will be 28 when we do have our first.

My "goal" was before I'm 30 to have one child at least.
Turned 31 in July and still waiting..tick..tock!

I wasn't expecting to be 31 when I have my first child, I wanted to have my first child at around the age of 25-27.

That is so hard to say. I really don't know. Before I met DH, I was very career driven (before teaching, which is a completely different career drive  ). I don't think I ever really put a time line on it. But I must say I wish I would have had one by now, just considering my age. I'm 34. Would have been nice to have about 2 kids by now. But DH and I didn't get married til I was 33, so there ya go! I'm glad we got our year + as newlyweds to enjoy just being together as husband & wife.
It's all happened this way for a reason. We had to wait til we were 100% ready to be married - settled in our careers...and now we're ready for kids!

on the same boat i thought by 25 i would be done, now im 25 starting for #1 hopefully by 30 i will be done with all my kids

i always said i'd like to have my first before i'm 30. I'm 27 right now and we will TTC next year when i'm 28. so hopefully i will have one before i'm 30.
