I'm afraid lots of people are mean to pregnant ladies. They'd better start steering clear of this one though because I've about had it with the comments, etc.
When are you due? We tied our announcement into the fact that I'm due the day before Thanksgiving. It was fun to watch them figure it out.

We are telling my parents tonight. I have an italian greyhound who lives at my parents since i got married. we are all INCREDIBLY obsessed w/ him.
I ordered a shirt that says "im gonna be a big brother" and im putting it on him and letting him run out to my parents
As for DHs parents- we are telling them Sunday when we go there for the Giants game. Im getting a Giants onesie and doing something w/ it

I was in denial so I didn't tell anyone in the family for a LONG time- till I couldn't hide it anymore.
Then we were at dinner at their house one night and i just said- so, i'm pregnant...
That was it.

I used that poem to tell my grandparents. I didn't have any cute ideas for telling my parents b/c I originally planned on waiting a while to tell them. A few weeks after I told them, I gave them that poem along with the first sono picture.
