is anyone going through thanksgiving without telling family?
I will only be 10 weeks at thanksgiving and I'm not really comfortable telling family yet (especially since I had the spotting, I'm more cautious not to tell people)
Do you think I should just spill it? or do you think I can power through the m/s and just tell people I have a cold and wear a baggy sweater?

If you really dont want to share try to act as normal as possible but what f soemone asks???
My family gatherings are hard- at mine we drink a lot and as soon as I turn down a glass it would raise eyebrows
I sometimes spill when I never intended too- too excited and couldn't hold it in

good point! my family won't ask and they don't drink so that is good. But we are splitting the holiday with DH's family too and they drink and ask!!! LOL I guess DH and I have to decide if we should lie or not.
