vitex

Hi

Just wondering if anyone's tried it and their experiences with it?

I'm slightly concerned it might mess up my cycle more than fix it - I've read all sorts of horror stories. I generally ovulate around CD18-20 and have a 10 day LP. My past two cycles seem to be majorly messed up with random spotting and weird temps, but I had a CD21 progesterone test which came back at a normal level. I think I've got some kind of hormonal imbalance going on and it only seems to be getting worse.

Thoughts?

I took something called fertility blend..i got it at gnc and it had vitex in it..not only did it help my cycle...but i got pregnant the first month of using it. I swear thats what helped me b/c i had 10 months of nothing and i took that and boom BFP! They say it's supposed to take 3 months for it to kick in, but when i was charting i def o-d earlier ( i wasn't oing until cd 26..my cycles were very long) and it helps lenghten your lp...and thats super important with pregnancy. Its around $35 a bottle but it's worth it! You can also look it up online. Hope this helps!
