I posted about this herb before, but I really feel Vitex helped get me my BFP by regulating my long cycles.
I have noticed a lot of poster complaining of long cycles and wondering about ovulation days. I used this herb for one month and it immediatly worked on shortening my cycle length from 40 days to 31 days.
Again, you take Vitex once a day in the morning from day 1 until you ovulate. I purchased it at GNC, but you can get anywhere herbs/supplements are sold. They say it can take up to three months to work, but it worked right away for me. I am telling anyone with irregular/long periods about how it worked for me.
You can look it up on the internet, its called Vitex, from the chaste berry tree. GOOD LUCK!!!!

If you see my other post, I got a positive OPK on day 19 - normally it's on day 26. So I believe you - thanks for recommending, keeping my fingers crossed!!!
