Hey Ladies
Im back. I needed to take some time off the boards for awhile. I was finding that TTC was taking over my life and i needed to distance myelf. But im in such a better place now about it all. Thank GOd!!!!!!!!
AF is basically here. Im not counting today as day 1 unless she gets "stronger" (right now its light as can be). This happened last month too so im assuming tomorrow will count as cd1.
I also filled my RX for clomid so by the week's end, i should be on that.
Congrats on all the recent BFPs.
GL to all my TTC girls still out there!

I take breaks also. Especially when I feel like i'm becoming obsessed with TTC. This board is such a great resource, and is a great group of ladies but it's too easy to get suckedd into obsessing over every little twinge/spot/symptom and overanalyzing it. At my GYN appointment this week, my Dr. referred me to an RE. I haven't called yet. I've been really good about not letting TTC take over my life. I chart my period and when we BD, but I avoid, at all costs, allowing BDing to take away from the intimacy of the act. It's been hard but, until now, I've been able to keep the TTC aspect at bay. I'm glad that my Dr. is being proactive about any possible IF issues, but I'm just not ready to invite a team of specialists into my bedroom. I know it sounds foolish, it could be something simple to treat, but I'm just not ready to allow it to become my obsession. I read stories on the IF board and am amazed at the strength of the human spirit, the perseverence of a broken heart and the ability to pick up the pieces, when it seems like all hope is gone, and continue on to the next cycle. It's not an obsession by choice, but by necessity. I'm just not ready for that. Who knows? Maybe my perspective will change completely next week, I guess my point is just that... Sometimes we all need a break.
