I think 10 days is the minimum length that's considered "normal". I do believe that vitamin B6 is supposed to help lengthen your LP. I've never taken it so I'm not much help. I know there are ladies on here who have, & I'm sure they'll have more info about it.

Take a B-complex and see if that works. I've also read that Vitex will help regulate your cycle.
I had an LP of 10 days (with spotting starting on 8DPO) for 3 cycles, so the last cycle I used OTC progesterone cream. I got my BFP and will continue to use the cream until 12 weeks.

10 days is on the short side. According to TCOYF, taking vitamin B6 at 400 mg. a day is supposed to help lengthen your LP. There is also natural progesterone cream. Clomid, which is prescribed by your gyn or a RE is also used to lengthen LP. GL!

Actually, I thought Clomid is used to help you O, not increase LP. Synthetic progesterone is used to lengthen LP.
To the OP: I informed my Dr. about wanting to use natural progesterone cream and she gave me the go ahead. From the research I've done, the natural stuff is *better* for the system than the synthetic stuff. I use Dr. Lee's cream (google- you'll find a wealth of info).
