I wanted to get a playpen for my playroom but I didn't want to spend a lot so I looked at work we have a buy/sell website. Long story short I wound up getting a joovie room 2. Moe than half off the store. Lady claimed it was for grandkids when they came over and only used a few times. Ok I pay and go to set it up. She never cleaned it! it's dirty not kid type dirt but dirt. It looks like paw prints on each side that is brown with dirt. She had oddly mentioned that her friend said it would be great for puppies but she had already promised to me. I'm just so grossed out that this woman lied to me cause there is no way those kids made that mess and I really think she used them for puppies. I wouldnt have bought it if she said it. I'm so put off that someone would be ok to let an infant use it knowing they sold it in that condition. I emailed her aaking if it was used with in or around animals with no reply. I tried to clean using Clorox wipes and it stil looks and smells dirty
Do you think it would be wrong for me to ask for my money back ?

I would ask for my money back. It is not in any condition for kids... If there is an owner of the buy/sell website, then I would go through them. I have returned a stroller because it was recalled. I had no problems.. Good luck..

Yes ask for your money!!! It was not in the conditioned stated and not suitable for an infant. I'm grossed out for you!
