WWYD?

Dh is sick....again...

We BD Cd 13, 15, 17, and 18. I got my smiley the evening of CD18. Today is CD 19 and I got another smiley at 3 this afternoon. He's at the dr now.

Do you think we did enough or should I force him to BD again tonight? I feel so bad, he's so sick, but I want a baby dammit lol

Yes, you should today and the next day or two if you can. However, I know its hard to accept this because Ive been in this situation but dont force DH. It will only cause problems, at least it did for me. Whenever I tried to force DH to have sex while he was sick he either couldnt finish or we got into an argument. GL

You're 1000% right. And I know I don't have to explain myself here but it just sucks because the same thing happened last month! It just sucks to know a whole month is pretty much down the drain

I know how frustrating it is bc I have had a horrible cold all weekend and got my smiley's, so I had to force myself to bc I didn't want to miss out on a month.

I would try talking to him about it in an understanding way, and say how it would stink for all the hard work you guys already did for this month, to miss your chance now. He might understand. Good luck!!

you got it in yesterday, and if you got the again today, you prob didn't O yet AND the egg lives for approx 24 hours once you do O... sooo... i think you should let him rest tonight, and try to tomorrow morning if you can - or tomorrow night. he'll prob feel a little more up to it. and you can plant the seed tonight so maybe he'll be a little more accepting and open to it tomorrow, even if he's still not feeling well.

its a tough situation...same thing happened to me last month and i just skipped it. i know when DH is sick, its the last thing he wants to do.

okay dont laugh....and i really hope i dont offend you or anyone...but what if you like did all the work like oral maybe and then when he was about to finish, he went inside for the last few moments.

eta: okay i asked my dh for you...he said it depends...he might want to be left alone or maybe not but if he has some energy but not a whole lot, the above idea might work...maybe not if hes really sick

If it were me I would tonight for sure. I would think u would cover it. From what I've read it's more important to before O. Good luck!!
PS: I feel your pain. It feels like my DH has been sick on and off all winter. Gggrrrrrr

No go tonight but i told him if hes feeling frisky at any point in the next 24 hours im ready lol he said hes sorry and then i felt bad. Thx girls. It is what it is.
