Who else is exhausted all. the. time. ??

Cause I am lately. I'm dragging all day, everyday. I feel bad because here it is, Saturday, I put Chase down for a nap and collapsed on the couch while Ava laid on top of me while watching tv. I tried to take a short nap, but the guilt of laying down wouldn't allow me to I'm letting my hubby sleep because he worked until the wee hours of the morning, so it's just me until about 12, which is fine, but I cannot get myself to function today. Or most weekends. Ugg. I hate it. I hate feeling so exhausted all the time.
I sleep at least 7-8 hours every night, but I guess between working full time, having the two kids on my own all week while hubby works and just other added life stresses on top of that, I just can't seem to feel rested.
I know I can't be alone in feeling exhausted all the time, so this is really more of a vent. Feel free to vent away, too, if you're exhausted!

i really need some energy in me because all day everyday i am just exhausted. i get to the point where i just want to lay on the couch and have to pry myself off to clean the house.

i am a SAHM , look like a mess every single day.. my wardrobe might as well be sweats and nothing more .. its just nuts.. i wish i can do something about this

Exhausted here too, been up since 7am...work full time and I am also letting DH sleep (he is still sleeping) I have nooo energy to clean or do anything eventhough this house is a hot mess.

I think its time for a cleaning lady!

I felt like this a LOT, and found out I had sleep apnea....now I use a cpap machine at night to sleep, and while i thought it was weird at first, it totally refreshes me while sleeping, I wake up feeling like i actually got some rest. this might not be you, but thought I'd throw it out there.

The other day I fell asleep on the couch and don't even remember when I did or how I drifted off to sleep.

I woke up in a panic, looking for DS, who I saw ended up falling asleep on the floor next to me.

I'm always tired!! I work full-time overnights and get maybe 5-6 hours a sleep during the day. Not nearly enough. I even started going to a fitness class four times a week to see if it would help my energy level. It has been 12 Weeks and I'm still freakin exhausted!
I hate this feeling, and I feel guilty all the time. Sometimes I'm just too tired to function and I put the TV on and lay on the couch while DS plays.

Raises hand!!! Not only am I exhausted all the time, but I am taunted by the never ending to do list that is starting to seriously keep me up at night.

Here too. I work F/T, get up at 5AM for work, come home, DH passes off DS and works, and I don't get a minute to breathe. I need to learn how to deal with this, because I've just been eating, eating, eating to stay awake, and I've gained so much in the past year. It's such a bad cycle, and I don't know how to stop.

DH and my sister had the same symptoms. They would get 8 hrs of sleep then come home and nap. Turns out they both have Epstein Barr.

Yep...i really need to get my *** working out again b/c i know it is what will totally make me feel better. but getting to that point is hard.

its a lot ..working, house keeping, running after kids..

ALWAYS. I get 6 hours sleep on most nights and on weekends my kids like to get up extra early so I just cant catch up

ME! I am still not sleeping well because the twins are always up a few times each night. Plus, I work three evenings a week and every other Sunday. I try to get everything done around here and take them out to do things, but when they nap (right now), I sometimes can't make it off the couch.

I keep telling myself that it will get better as they get older, but we'll see....

As DS gets older, I am getting more tired. I am having trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. I am a freelance fire department photographer. I am always on call. And I do my editing at night when every one goes to sleep. I have had my thyroid checked and it is ok. I am anemic, so that doesn't help. Some days I am too tired to play with DS and it makes me really sad. That makes me feel worse. I was diagnosed with PPD 6 months PP. I don't think I am completely over it...Hope everyone gets some much needed sleep soon...

Raising my hand! I am a SAHM and BF my 3 month old. He still eats every 2-3 hours. I am up all night with him since DH works. I get maybe 2-4 hours of sleep at different times.

I think some of it is the season too. Early dusk, cold weather...ugh! I find myself drinking way too much coffee.

Hand up here, I am exhausted all the time, and I'm not even working now! I try to get as much sleep as I can, but it doesn't seem to help. Oh well, only another 18 years until they move out, hopefully!!

OMG. Same here. I told DH today that I cannot believe children are THIS exhausting. I feel like I drag myself everyday all day. And I only have one. I can't imagine having 2.
