ETA: At 30, a healthy woman has about a 20% chance per month of conceiving. By the time a woman reaches 40, her chances drop to about 5% per month
They don't give you percentages for implantation, but there are ways to improve your chances of implantation, like low activity, low stress, no smoking, etc.

I wonder what they mean by "low impact" I'm 7DPO now - should I not go to Zumba class tonight. Now I'm a little worried

I read somewhere that that often an egg is fertilized, but the body automatically rejects it for some reason and you'd never even know it. I don't know how accurate that is, but if it is, I'd say implantation is more difficult to reach.
