When you refer to "north smithtown"
Can you give me some road landmarks to go by. Just trying to get a better feel for the make up of the town.
Moorewood Section is where we have looked so far, what part of town is that considered?

I dont think Morewood is considered North Smithtown...I could be wrong. But when I see listings for North Smithtown, most are North of Old Northport Rd. Off St Johnland Rd, but north of the hospital...

Ok yea I am confused myself. Well We really like so many areas of smithtown so it doesnt matter but was trying to get a better feel of the area.

We looked in much of North Smithtown. I was told it was NORTH Of 25A.

Morewood is western smithtown, as far west as you can be in smithtowm.
North smithtown generally refers to the Landing Ave area and, imo, north of 25A.

I agree, north of 25A near Landing. Thats where we are.
