I leave it closed and locked.
I'm paranoid with all the home invasion stuff.
When we get our new storm door installed in the next two weeks, I'll leave the entry door open and lock the storm door.
(When I'm home alone at night, I'll go as far as locking the doors AND setting the alarm!)

I love fresh air, so, I will open windows.
I leave the door closed for 2 reasons...
1. I do get a little paranoid.
2. I don't want people ringing my bell trying to sell stuff.

Front Door, Back Door, and all the windows open.
Unfortunetly, right now I'm living with my S/O's sister and she keeps everything locked up like it was Fort Knox all the time.

we have a glass storm door that locks securely so i usually leave the front door open, our dog loves to look out the front door and see what's going on all day

Always closed and locked (we live in a two-family house) especially if the A/C is on. If I had the door right off my living room or whatever, I would definitely have it open just for the light.
