When people comment on how you look.
Yesterday when I told my students that I'm pg one of them said, "I knew it because you used to be skinny and then you got a little fat."
Today one of them said, "You don't look pregnant, you just look awkward."
I told them that the only comment about how I look they're allowed to make from now on is, "You look really nice." I think I'm going to say the same thing to all people who give me unwanted comments.

Today I was told that I look like I swallowed a watermelon.. I'm 19 weeks.. can't wait to hear comments when I'm 30+ weeks

At the end of the shower my class threw for me, a parent came up to me and said "You are absolutely HUGE, you're going to have to buy larger maternity clothes."
I laughed it off but wanted to say "WHO ASKED YOU?" And..."stop calling the school psychologist asking when they will introduce my replacement and complaining about your daughter's anxiety...I'll be gone a month! Both of you need to relax."

Im only 13 weeks and 8 people at work and my doorman felt it was appropriate to ask me if I was pregnant.

If I had a nickel for every inappropriate and RUDE comment I've gotten - mostly from well-meaning folks, too! - I would be sending this baby and the next 14 to college!

i have a few students that don't believe I'm pregnant because I'm not showing yet.
I've also had a few people tell me how tired and/or drained I look. Not the worst comments I know, but still I don't need to hear them!

SEVERAL of my students told me "your going to get fat"  (or comments like this).
I have yet to have an adult say anything that is not complimentary but if/when it does happen I will snap right back at them...I'm a bitchh like that, which may be why no one has done it yet

I have heard it all... good and bad comments.
One woman online in a dept store turned to me and said " its a good thing ur behind me online I wouldn't want to be here when u go into labor" I told her that I was having twins and still had some time...
Then she flipped it and said "oh well then u look great for having twins"
I still wanted to snuff her!!

When my students found out last year I was pregnant, they said they knew because I looked bigger. When I was on the phone with a parent soon after, she told me her son has been telling her lately that I've had some "extra pudge"  
Oh- and when the kids came out and ASKED if I was pregnant, I was only 9wks!!

Every time I go into work, I hear that I am bigger than the day before or that I look like I am about to "blow". Of course, I am huge!!! and I understand that, but I don't need to hear it every freaking day!!!
To top it all.....DH calls me "Santa Claus" , but believer me!!!! HE WILL PAY FOR THAT!!!

Yes, I am tired.
I commute into the city 1.5 hours each way 5 days a week.
I have a typical 2 year old son who is busy and into everything.
One of the side effects of my pregnancy is constant insomnia. Since the first trimester I average 3-4 hours of solid sleep per night.
I make an effort to look nice when I leave the house.
If the best you can say to me is "wow, you look soooo tired" every day, then how about you stop talking to me

I skyped with my 3 year old niece and she said on the camera to her Mom, " Why is Aunt Leslie's belly so fat?"  Hey they say as they see it at that age. The older folk have NO excuse!

well someone commented that i looked fuller (i'm the one who usually gets comments like.. o u look gaunt, eat a sandwich ) so anyway, my mom overheard it.. and told me it.. i wish i would have heard it myself.. i would ripped his chunky self apart..

I've gotten the 'you sure you aren't farther along than you are?' comment. Makes me feel like sh!t.
On Easter my stepmom was so excited about my bump she had me stand so she could take pics of it. Cute yes, but still made me feel rather big.
Some comments are cute, but some make me want to run and hide...and I'm only a little over 13 weeks.

the best was when my FILs girlfriend told me, "you're pregnant in the back!" I asked if she was trying to say I had a fat butt....her answer...."well, yeah!" Meanwhile I was like 24weeks preg at the time and had gained maybe 5-7 pounds. And was still wearing my pre-preg jeans. Oooooookay.

before I even started showing, DH's aunt said to me at a family party.. omg you are so big already.. you are going to be HUGE by the time you give birth.. Umm i'm not even showing yet and i'm already 20 weeks!
Now even at 27 weeks in my default pic, I don't think i'm that big!
it's so annoying. they never listened to the "if you don't have anything nice to say, dont say it at all!"

I am only 8 weeks 3 days and someone just said to me wow you look so tired, more then usual. This person knows I am pregnant. I am commuting 2 hours each way to work.

I had ALL ' your having a girl' comments last time that I wanted to cry all the time.. I tried my best to look 'cute' while pregnant & then any comment would just kill my day... Oh your face, or oh your nose.. or you have no waist so that means girl.. long behold I had a girl & after all those months of torture-ish comments having her was so beautiful I wish I knew that feeling so the comments wouldn't have mattered so much.
This time I am carrying beautiful ( i can say it with a huge smile !) so we will see if its another girl or will i fall into the 'myths' and I carried girl for girl & boy for boy!! Also this time I have had no mean comments!!! so I got to experience both sides!!!
