When do you stop referring to DCs age in months?
I remember when I was younger, I used to HATE when people would tell you their child's age in months past the 12 month point. Don't ask me why, it was just a pet peeve of mine  .
Now, that I'm a mother, I kind of get it. It's kind of like how when you're pregnant you start going by weeks (instead of months) because of the doctor's appts., etc. Anyway, with that being said, I think after DD is a year old, I will stop referring to her in 'months'. If not, my absolute cutoff will definitely be 15 months though...I think  . I mean, once I have to start doing math in my head to figure out how old someone is, I feel like maybe it's time to stop.
So, just out of curiousity, at what point did you or will you stop referring to DC in "months"?
PS - I'm approximately 348 months old  .

For me, it really depended on who I was talking to. If I was talking to another mom who would get it, I used months up until DS was 2. If I was talking to someone who probably wouldn't know the calculation, I would just say 1 or 1 and a half.
I think the reason people use months for so long is because there is such a HUGE difference developmentally between 12 months and 18 months (even though they are technically both 1, KWIM?)
So once DS hit 2 years old, I no longer use months. I say 2. Or now I will say 2 1/2.

Us too unless I'm talking to a mom with a child close to my DD#'s age then I might say months.

I had this woman tell me her grandkids were 32 and 48 months

I just told my uncle that Robbie turned 108 months old! He was like..  
I stopped referring to them in months after 18 months.. it just sounded weird to me beyond that.

funny you mention this, I ran into a father the other day. He told me his daugther was 28 months.
So I had to sit there and figure out how old she was 
It always annoyed me too.
I'm going to try and cut off at 1 year.

I'm still doing it now at 17 months - I will probably stop at 2. There just seems to be such a difference between 12 months and 24 months.

I just posted something like this a few weeks ago.
I HATE the month age stuff. Only here and at the doctors do I say 21mo (actually she just hit that this past weekend). Otherwise, she's my one year old. If you think she's big I say "almost two" haha Or just "She'll be two in August."

Same here, about 2...that's when I lost track
I definitely saw someone on here post their child's age in weeks....it was something like 27 weeks....I don't even know how old that is!!!!!
