When did you stop saying DC's age in months?
I must be a Dummy, but when I run into people in public and they say their kid is 31 months, I am always like Now what is that in people years
I think I stopped with DD#1 at like 18 months.

I don't feel so bad now when people do that. I stand there doing the math.
We will probably stop after 1 year. I'll say, he turned a year a couple of months ago, or he is 1.5 years old etc. At least this is what I think I'll do.

Probably around 20 mos. After that, I'd just say, "She'll be two in May." Now that she's 2, but not quite 2.5, I'll say, "She was two in May."

I'd say around 20 months or so. After that, I'd say "she'll be 2 in June", and now I say "she turned 2 in June".

I also hated the weeks thing I always got confused. I was so glad when she hit one month!
Now she's a year old. period. end of story
I say "just turned a year old" for now.. in a while it will be "a little over a year old" then "1 and a half" then "almost 2"

same here. But when I am talking to another parent and they ask "what age was your DC potty trained" or something like that, then I will still answer in months because I think the person asking wants me to be more specific if that makes sense
