Cauliflower. No matter how she would make it, I just didn't like it. I just didn't like the taste and smell. Same thing with Stuffed Cabbage.

Beef Stew  Doesn't help that once when she tried to thicken the gravy, she put powdered sugar instead of cornstarch and the stew was like candy. PUKE. NASTY!

i love shepards pie too!!
DH and I do too. My mom used to make it with/out corn though, and mozzerella cheese with the potatoes. This is still one of DH favorite dishes I make.
I use to hate when my mom would make corned beef and especially Smoked Butt!

I was not a picky eatter at all, but there were a few things I hated, yet she'd make:
these frozen restuffed potato things I used to have to drown them in blue cheese dressing to eat them (is that healthy?)
frozen mixed veggies. the yucky kind that are perfect squares with lima beans, peas, carrots, and corn, and green beans.
Fish cakes She finally stopped buying them when she found a whole tenticle and was SKEEVED! Happiest day of my childhood!

Funny because now surf & turf is a mother's day tradition. It's really just a vehicle for the butter though.

I think the biggest one was fish (of course now I love fish, go figure)
Another was creamed corn. I always thought it looked like someone threw up the corn on the plate!
