For me it was Pork tenderloin which she so eloquently called PIGS ARSE
she would make it all the time and force me to eat it with the promise of chocolate pudding (only time she would make dessert)

oooh...me too!!
She would always make Macaroni & Cheese on the same night as peas and try to play it off, like "I made your favorite, so the peas aren't that bad - just eat them first!!"
But I always tried to avoid them and ate them last and they were cold and yuckier!!

Lobster stuffed with shrimp - we would attempt to save them at times (lobsters, shrimps were goners)...also there were organized boycotts of meatloaf

My mom use to make this pork chop and orange juice dish. It makes me cringe even now to even think of it. I think I use to cry when I saw her take the orange juice out of the fridge
