I don't measure.. but
Sautee garlic and sliced onions. Add sliced mushroom and sugar snap peas. Add low sodium soy, a bit of teriyaki sauce, some red pepper flakes. Mix well.. add shrimp and let it cook. Do a quick taste test.. add either of sauces or pepper flakes as needed.
If you julienned carrots it will go well.. but it has a slightly sweet taste, so you might want to up the red pepper flakes.
Takes about 15 mins..

So I gave DH an option: Shrimp stir fry or turkey burgers.
He choose turkey burgers.
TZ: When I made shrimp stirfry, I basically just cook the shrimp in Yosida sauce (from costco or bjs) then add a frozen stir fry mix. I dont really follow any recipe.

I know it's late but my husband took a nap when he came home. I'm making pork chops, steamed cauliflower and stove top with gravy.
