Not at all - the pork is in the fridge soaking up the herbs, and the sweet potatoes and cauliflower are cut up and waiting to be boiled
I've never used sweet potatoes before though...I'm a little nervous

I like to add sour cream to my mashed sweet potatoes, it makes them very yummy.

the only problem with that is that i hate sour cream, so we don't have any around i did add some cinnamon though....
