We liked the way it sounded with Laila. I also like that her name will mean "night beauty" "precious stone." I think that sounds cool!

Rose in honor of St. Therese. When your prayers are heard she sends you a shower of roses. So roses have always been a special sign for me.
This made me cry! Hello pregnancy hormones!!!
I never knew this, but we have a rose bush in our backyard that bloomed like crazy around the time we concieved. This is beautiful.

Our DD's middle name is Bridget...It was my granny's middle name and I always loved it.
Our DS's middle name is Kevin...it is DH"s name and my brothers name and one of my fave boys names ever.

I love your 4th reason for the middle name. 
DD's middle name is Geraldine for DH's mom. Not a fan of the name necessarily, but DH's mom is deceased and DH really wanted to honor her that way. Also, I prayed a lot to St. Gerard, so it works that way too.
DS's middle name is Patrick - gotta a lot of bang for my buck with that one as it is my father's, brother's and grandfather's name.
Have you decided on a first name? Will you do an Irish name? Our DD is Mairead and DS is Eamon.

DD #1, we were team green, but we picked Grace as her middle name. It was quite fitting as I had her 7 weeks early. (There but for the grace of God..). #2 we were team green but wanted to use my moms name. Jeanmarie. But it was too long, even my mom didn't like it. So when Kate was born, we used Marie.

Faith because I had honestly started to lose hope of getting pregnant t was taking much longer then expected but I kept the faith that it would happen when the time was T right andsure enough it happened.

We have almost decided on a first name. My first choice would be Niamh but while my DH's last name sounds easy enough it is a very difficult Irish spelling so we have to try to keep the first name easy to say/spell.
My DH's real first name is Gerald and we would have named a Garret (Gerald in Irish is Gearoid and the anglicized version is Garret)

Our will have the middle name Beth, after my mother who passed away almost 3 years ago. We decided that the second I found out we're having a girl.

For this one:
if its a girl - itll be Renee (Allison Renee) - Renee is my SILs name
it its a boy - itll be Robert (Owen Robert or William Robert) - it was my grandfathers name

If Eamon was a (we were team  ) he would have been Niamh. I was worried about the spelling and people mispronouncing it over here, but we both love it. although, right before I started to push, I was like to DH, "So, we're going with Niamh, right?" lol.... game time final decision! lol
DH's sister named her first son Garrett for the same reason you would have used it, except it was for her mom, Geraldine.

Ours is Moira, as you know, Gaelic for Mary. Named for DH's mom (Marion), my great grandmother (Mary Ida) and it means "longed for". So just perfect for us. I actually wanted Moira as a first name but hubby wasn't game, lol.
