also in nassau... dortoni in levittown and buttercookery in floral park(not the manhasset location)

I once got a cake from Alpine and it was HUGE..my eyes were bigger than my stomach..soooo worth it!
I'm trying to help out a friend with a shower cake..that is why I asked.

Garguilo's Bakery in St. James...they have awesome Strawberry Shortcake cheesecake and a giant Linzer Tart pie. Salpino's Market in North Babylon on DPA is really good for Italian Cookies and Rainbow Cookie cake too, but I prefer Garguilo's overall.
