- Having something that is ours!
- Being able to paint whatever color we want and decorate however we want!
- Not hearing people above us.
- Not having to worry about parking.
It is just an incredible feeling! Just today when I came home from work, I was in the kitchen thinking it is such a great feeling that this is "our" house!

I love everything about it....just having something that I can decorate to represent myself in furniture, colors, decorating style, etc.
Safety and control too, love that feeling.

Being able to renovate or not renovate as we want.
Having walls that are not white!
Not worrying about disturbing the neighbors all the time. Not that I do it, but it's good to know I can vacuum at 3 am if I choose to do so.
Having my own washer and dryer (Love, love, love this) and not having to get dressed or devote a set time frame to laundry.
Having our own yard.
