What coat does your Toddler have.
We had Gap warmest coat last year and this year childrens place 3 in 1 coat. For just in and out of the car they wear their Gap Sherpa lined hoodie, it's pretty warm. My twin boys are almost 29 months.
My 4 year dd had Gap warmest last year and this year I got the lands end squall coat.

He has a North Face because I find them to be very warm.
He also has a dressy jacket - Ralph Lauren
But for day-to-day the NF should be fine!

I just got a brand new one off of eBay for $30!! It is def thin enough for the car seat. Girls on here seem to swear by them so we'll see!
