Westchester towns?
My sister is moving to Westchester. She's going to work in Fishkill, her boyfriend works in Manhattan. What are some nice towns in the middle? He doesn't want more than an hour commute by train, she's ok up to 45 mins driving. Thanks!!

My sister lives in Cortlandt Manor. It's very nice there, I would totally move there if I didn't work in Melville 
But they've lived there for many years and I know other areas that are great are:
Putnum Valley
Yorktown Heights
Ossining
Briarcliff Manor
Mt Kisco
It all depends on how much they're looking to spend too. Some areas are much more than others. I know Cortlandt Manor is very affordable though

Irvington is really nice.
I also like Cortlant Manor and Ossining.

My parents live in Cortlandt Manor. I have much family in Yorktown Hts., Mohegan Lake, and Pleasantville. Very nice up there. Also, Mt. Kisco, and Somers.
