Where are some reasonably priced towns on the N Shore or in the middle of Long Island?(IN Nassau)
We have been looking on the S Shore but I may want to look other places too.
What are some towns that are reasonable on the N Shore or in the middle of LI in Nassau County?

How about Levittown, Hicksville, and Farmingdale.

When we first started looking we concentrated in S. Merrick & S. Bellmore. We wound up moving to Bethpage. Totally different areas, but we got a lot more for our money here and a much bigger house and property. Taxes were about the same. If you look in Bethpage, try to stay north. IMO, it's nicer.

agreed! We really love Bethpage. If we move again we will try to stay in the area.

New Hyde Park and Williston Park are both pretty reasonable. Albertson had some decent prices too.

when we looked we looked in Hicksville, Levittown, Bethpage, East Meadow and Farmingdale
