We're NOT buying the house! Update!
We placed an offer on a house today and they accepted!!! I am so excited
It's in Merrick.
11/6 Update.....
SO....after the inspection today we have decided not to go proceed with the house. Nothing mjaor was wrong, just little things.  We also thought about the things we would like to do in the house in the future an how much they would cost and we are not sure it would be worth the investment. It they dropped the price by $50k, then we would probably go ahead..
That being said - thank you so much for all of the congrats and good wishes. The search continues. I think we are the only people who find a house they want to buy everytime the go looking. LOL.

Thanks Everyone! It won't be long when I start asking for decorating advice!!
The house will be empty for awhile until we can afford to furnish the whole thing!

Yeah - not at all...we looked 3 weekends, and each weekend we found at least one house that we loved! There is a lot out there. We liked this one because it was a little different and had some character. And its a lot bigger inside that it looks.
