Well this blows
Officially got my 1st TTC bladder infection. Even after deciding to not "try" so hard, I still ended up getting it.
I'm in sooo much pain right now, I hope these antibiotics kick in soon!
Last month I had a horrible yeast and bacterial infection from all the  and now a UTI.
I swear I can't win...even when I'm trying less it's STILL difficult

I used to have a lot of recurring UTI's and finally someone told me to make sure that I go to the bathroom both right before and right after
Do you do this? It has helped immensely!

i do this too, though i don't pee rigt after, but after about 20-30 minutes of laying down letting it soak in. i do always pee right before.

I have to admit I haven't been peeing right before or after. After I always lay for about 20-30 mins which I'm sure is a big no no.
From now on I'll take my chances w/ the sperm falling out and just pee right away, not worth this! Ughh

I try to wait a bit but I usually make sure I pee within 10 mins after and I definitely pee before. It really helps! Feel better

trust me anything that was going to swim has swam and whatever falls out u do not want anyway

I had the same fear. I take cranberry capsules, pee before sex and 10-20 minutes after. This really seems to have worked for me. Good luck!

Thanks girls. My old multivitamins from GNC used to have cranberry in them, and I never got a UTI. My new prenatals don't, so maybe that is part of the cause.
