**Wednesday 10 20 QOTD**

Happy Hump Day everyone!!!

In honor of today, I thought I'd post a topic about how you and your DH/SO keep it interesting. Many of us have been posting that DH has been getting frustrated with it not "being fun" anymore.. how do you combat that?

In terms of keeping it interesting, I try to make it more spontaneous. like maybe right when he gets home from work instead of the routine where it's always the end of the day, before we go to bed.. Sometimes I'll even send him off to work asking for a date tonight... that's kind of my way of saying "Hey, you're getting lucky tonight" .. It gives him something to think about all day ;) I think different locations/times/etc tend to keep it new and not boring.

For me, I also try to let it be known that it is all about him and I because at the end of the day, it is about DH and I making a connection. If a LO comes of it then that's a beautiful thing... If not, we still love each other and make that known.

DH is not like that, he says we don't do it enough but there have been times that he doesn't want to and i pretty much jump him anyway and he gets a kick out of it and has fun anyway. He exhausts me sometimes with how much he wants to DTD but he has always been like that and i could keep up just fine until DD.

I have done a few things. I have a sexy outfit on when he comes home from work because he has always asked me in the past to do that. When he is sleeping I will start to cuddle with him to wake him up which he loves most of the time...haha I just try to be creative.

i have done the sexy outfit thing too. and just trying to switch up positions, rooms in the apartment, etc.

Well, to be honest.............after over a year of TTC another baby there really is just nothing interesting or fun about it. I hate the pressure of having to do it and it feels a lot more like work than fun. All those little tricks worked early on but now it just is what it is.............work.

We haven't gotten to the point *yet* where we needed to do anything to keep it interesting. right now we're riding on the thrill of not having to use condoms. I'm sure that will wear off realllllllly soon lol, and then it will be time to hit the treasure chest (e.g. my victorias secret collection).

DH has never complained about having to at certain times. I guess he realizes all that I'm doing (temping, OPK's, charting ect.) that he knows complaining about having to would not be good for his health So we've never had to really do anything to keep things interesting. I do think it helps that we

even when it's not fertile time.

I like to do something different each time. Definitely not let it become a routine. Pull different tricks out of the bag Sometimes it's hard to get creative when you are really exhausted though

I actually tried something new and am a little embarrassed to post. DH was downstairs watching TV so I sent him a picture via text if you get my drift. He can right up to our room!!! I cant believe I just posted this!!
