We got...
a BFP! We've actually known for a couple of weeks but wanted to keep it under wraps (aka have a fake name on the boards) until our first appointment which was tonight.
I didn't post a lot here but I read the posts every day.

The fake name was GonnaBeMomto2under2. Short lived as it was! 
I have a varying cycle, anywhere from 23 to 28 days so it was hard to figure out when to BD. I started tracking in April and used FF to help figure out when the best possible O days were.
We BD'd on CD's 10, 11, 12, 13 and 15. I also would lay with a pillow under my hips and my feet up (straight up)for about 15 mins after we...ummm...finished. I used this same method when we were TTC our DS and so did my SIL when she was TTC her girls so for us, it worked.
I first tested 4 days before AF was due and it was BFN. Subsequent tests 3 and 2 days before AF were also negative. I thought we were out because I had no pregnancy symptoms with the exception of one food aversion (to chicken - same aversion I had when pg with DS). The day before AF was due, I tested in the evening and got a very faint line. Tests on the day AF was due and day after were both positive.
I used FRER and Clear Blue Easy Digital.
