we closed yesterday, and couldn't be happier-we're seriously on cloud 9 right now
we have a TON of work to do and we can't wait!

You closed on the 8th which is a very lucky number in Chinese culture (my friend insisted on closing on his home on the 8th of a month for that reason) and it was gorgeous outside...signs of good things to come!
