I know I'm pathetic but my doctor just called me and told me that my fsh is 40 from a 12.3 that used to be the highest not nong ago...I really don;t know waht that means but I'm really not feelng that well rightnow...thanks you so much for your hugs!  I just know I'm goig to hate myself in the morning......but thank all of you girls anyway.,,,,,

Don't be embarrassed. We have all done things that we are not proud of and drinking is on the bottom of the list, at least it is in my case. IF is very difficult and we are only human. So let out everything that you have been probably holding in for awhile and tomorrow you will feel lighter, maybe a little hungover, but hopefully better emotionally. HTH

We have all had those days. It's normal, going through IF is a difficult process with so many emotions.
Sometimes that is exactly what we need...a Good Cry with some Alcohol to wash it away.
Just know your miracle will happen.

No need to apologize or feel embarassed. I wish I could be drinking WITH you right now
 There are so many ups and downs and such extreme emotions on this stupid roller coaster, if you did not break down it would be weird!!!
Tomorrow is a new day, and a chance for things to get MUCH better.
