Verizon Wireless- network down
anyone working in Queens/NY with verizon wireless? I can't send/receive any texts, or browse the internet unless connected to wifi.. I found an outage map online and it looks like the whole city is down ugh

yup. i just fixed it. turn phone off- restart
or turn phone to airplain mode-wait 30 seconds and turn back on
or
cellular> cellular data> toggle off

it looks like this fixed my ability to send SMS texts but imessages won't go through. Is that what yours is doing?

Mine was down from 6-9 no matter how many times I shut it off or did a 'hard reset'. Finally started working after 9.
