*UPDATE*OMG I am buying a house today!
*UPDATE* so other than the oil burner spurting out scalding hot water and flooding my basement everything went pretty smoothly! We were in and out in 2 hours and I got to stop in and snap some b4 pics before my meeting. We had the seller put $ in escrow till the burner is fixed and DH is cleaning the water up as I type this. Pics to come soon. Thanks for al of the well wished! :D
I am freaking out right now! There is so much to do. DH is going to get up early and get all the checks
I can't wait till I have the keys in hand! My one wish: to have the closing go super fast so I can go and see the house before I have to go to a meeting!
