Update: my night in l&d...still here
Update: I've been released!!! Thank God! That was such a scary night. Still no contractions and still have a long cervix but its the dilation they're worried about. Since my cervix was averaging 4.2 they let me leave and I'm seeing dr Kofinas tomorrow.
I spoke to him over the phone today and he seems to be leaning towards me having a cerclage on Wednesday, so we'll see what his decision is at my appointment tomorrow. Please keep us in your prayers!
Babies are fine thank God, but I'm still waiting for my OB to show up to figure out what's really going on and what our plan is.
Got here around 9:30 last night. They checked and found both babies heartbeats in the 150s. Did an internal Sono per my request to check my cervix which was 4.4. No contractions are showing on the monitor even though I keep feeling pressure off and on
Then they did an internal w their hand  which they've never done yet in my pg and informed me my cervix is 1cm dilated which earned Me an overnight stay.
I spoke to Dr kofinas this morning and it sounds as though a cerclage is in my near future. Now to confirm w OB that's his plan as well. Please keep us in your prayers... This is all so terrifying.to me. 
Eta: I will be 21 weeks tomorrow

You are in good hands with kofinas. Cerclage is the best bet. My friend had one around 20 weeks then went about the rest of her pregnancy as usual. Good luck!!

My cousin had a cerclage put for her two pregnancies and delivered healthy full term babies.
