update and maybe a dumb question

The doctors PA called to let me know that my progesterone was 60 which was really good. That means that I definitely ovulated last week without the trigger. Possibly after my first or second follistim injection. Of course I didn't know and was sick and we didn't BD at the right time. Lesson learned.

The PA said I will definitely be getting AF next week since my prog was so good ( unless by some miracle im prego.) I thought just cuz you O it doesn't necessarily mean you get AF. Am I incorrect given the progesterone level?

ETA the reason I ask is cuz I have pcos and don't get AF regularly. I was surprised that the PA was so sure about it

If you ovulate, you definitely get AF. That's why those of us with PCOS often don't get AF because we don't ovulate.

I know it stinks you didn't know you were ovulating, but at least you know your body did what it was supposed to. The first time I had a follicle and knew I ovulated, I cried because I was so relieved.
