Maybe a dumb question regarding LP
How do you know how long it is..I mean I use OPK but how do you know for sure the exact O date when they say after a positive you should O 24-36 hours later.....Thanks

when I was using the OPKs, I would count the 2nd day after getting a +OPK as my O date. I couldn't temp because my temps were always erratic. So 2 days after my +OPK would be 1dpo for me. I usually got AF on 14dpo which would be my CD1.

same here - if i got a postive OPK on CD12, then i would assume i O'd on CD13, and CD14 was 1DPO for me.
my last cycle (the one in which i got PG), i also checked my cervical position to confirm that i had O'd. on CD13 it was still high and soft (as it was on CD12), and by CD14 it was low and firm.
