UPDATE - I tested!
so nervous.....so today is 14 days since I got my peak day/smiley's on my CBEFM/OPK tests. I have a lot of my normal PMS symptoms but both times I was preggo before I had the same thing - totally thought AF was coming. The only thing I am missing is that bloating I get before my period..my clothes still fit with rooom. Yesterday my temps made a slight dip as they did last month before my period - not total dip like they do when it comes just slight - but today they went back up to highest temp - totally didn't expect it and thought AF was due today and now I am nervous - could it be? Been trying for a bit now I assumed it wasn't happening and actually have a dr appt tomorrow to discuss the next steps....Should I test tomorrow - to find out if I should cancel my dr appt????? I hate the disappointment seeing a BFN and typically hold out. I have been tracking for about 9 months or so since I started actively trying and I have never gone more than 14 days past the smiley and today is day 14 although tomorrow is CD29 and I have gone as long as 31 days (but that was always when I ovulated later in my cycle). If this were you, would you test?
Thanks for just letting me put my feelings into words. I don't want to jump ahead and yesterday I felt defeated but the temp today made me so hopeful....
UPDATE - So I went with my gut and woke up and tested this morning and got my BFP!!!!!! I am in total shock. After 9 cycles - it is here!!! I just can't believe it happened!!! I was all set to talk to my dr today about the next step, DH already had his script to get a semen analysis done, etc. As with my past pregnancies - I totally felt like my period was coming - but my normal period signs are things that can go both ways - I have my usual sore throat, mild cramping, sore boobs, and that total out of control hormone feeling. The only thing missing is the bloatiness I usually get with my period and nausea (I noticed in the last 9 mos of over analyzing that I get very stomach sick up to a week before my period). I had bad m/s with both pregnancies so I know that is to come but that usually started between week 5-7 for me. Now to figure out how to keep this under wraps until I am ready to tell - have so much going on in the next weeks it isn't going to be easy!! Thank you girls for listening to me the past few months!!!! I needed a friend and many of you were there to listen to me.

First here's some    for you.
I think in the end it's just personal to test or wait but seeing as you're going to the doctor it might be helpful to have that info. . . last time you got a BFP do you remember where in your cycle you were?
I hope things work out for you and here is a  and a  either way!

For me personally I'd test, but then you have to realize even if it's a BFN, you're not out till AF shows.
