UPDATE - Big jump in temp - not sure what to make of it
I'm 11DPO and my temp jumped almost a full degree this morning from yesterday.
I should add that I had an awful nights sleep and woke up a couple of times through the night. I know this could be a reason as to why it went up but would that cause it to jump so much 
9.15.10 - Well that's that. Temp dropped back down  . I think deep down that's what I was expecting. AF will probably be here either later today or early tomorrow. I feel so defeated. At this point, it looks like we are going to be moving forward with IF treatments. I really hope THAT journey is shorter than this one was.

No tomorrow. My temp doesn't usually jump before she comes. Last month it dropped 2 days before and the month before that a day after.

Well, dont quote me on this  but Ive read that if your temp stays elevated after ovulation for a long period of time (which is seems yours has) that it could be a sign of pregnancy. Good luck and I hope thats true!

Ya think? I appreciate the confidence but I totally feel like AF is rounding the bend. I'd love to believe that the jump in temp is a good sign but I can't help feeling its more to do with my sleep pattern last night. I'm just unsure whether sleep issues would make THAT much of a difference.

i will say when i was jetlagged on vacation and sleeping poorly my temperature would run really hot on some nights. it wasn't that much, but it's possible. with temping, i think things always make more sense in context, so if it drops back to normal tomorrow, you know it was just a bad night's sleep. if it stays high, then maybe you can get read for some good news

I don't want to get your hopes up, but that's *exactly* what happened to my temps before I got a BFP. My rising temp was actually my only indication that I should test. Keep us posted tomorrow!!!

Thanks. Its so hard for me to even begin to get my hopes up after months and months of disappointment. This is our last cycle on our own before we move on to our first IUI.
Did your temp rise come so close to AF's due date? Yesterday I had some pretty bad AF cramps and I thought she would show a day early. Today they are there but not as bad.

this looks promising but tomorrow will be telling.
i tend to get erratic rises when i dont sleep well.
if your temp stays in this range tomorrow it MIGHT be the beginning of triphasic and you might want to POAS. esp if AF is due and does not arrive.

is AF late now?
it def seems like yesterdays high temp was due to poor sleep. but you never know!!
if AF does arrive dont stress too much about IUI. especially if you are doing it unmedicated, its NOT a big deal at all. i think one of the hardest part of IF is accepting that you won't conceive the way that you wanted to/ thought you would. FM me if you want to chat!!
