 I was so sad when I heard what happened.... 
Times like these remind me that with every pregnant woman, there's a story... many suffered losses, had huge medical issues either pre- or during pregnancy, or had unimanginable difficulties conceiving.......
Mercifully, many eventually are blessed with a full-term pregnancy.......
Until I got pregnant, it never occured to me how common these things are and it's just that these difficult times are normally never discussed....
I'm glad to hear that you are coming to terms with your loss.... many to you.... I know you'll be back on this board very soon under happier circumstances......

I am so sorry for your loss! Words can only do so much, but you're in all of our thoughts and prayers. You have a great attitude and that will help you to move on. It is not easy and not like flipping a switch where one day you'll feel better, but time does heal. I'm sorry you're going through this and I wish you only the best for the future!!!
