Tylenol Extra Strength Rapid Release gel caps
Is it safe to take these? I have been getting bad headaches during this pregnancy and occasionally have taken these. I was told Extra Strength tylenol is ok but I didnt realize there is a difference of ingredients between the regular caplets and rapid release caplets I hope I haven't hurt the baby...it's not like I have taken them everyday of my pregnancy. I just dont know what else to do for my headaches...laying down and a cup of caffeine alone just doesnt work for me.

Re: Tylenol Extra Strength Rapid Release gel caps
have you tried ice packs (or heat packs) on your head?
I dont know- extra strength isn't even on my list of safe meds- just regular tylenol, and i wouldn't really feel safe with anything that's rapid release. i consider myself pretty liberal about taking the acceptable meds if youre in pain, etc... but i dont think i'd feel comfortable taking those Feel better!!!

Definately call Blinderman's office! I have been having extremely bad headaches since entering into my 2nd trimester & the last one I went in so they could make sure my BP was ok & they told me I was allowed to take 2 Motrin bc the Tylenol would not help...That was a lifesaver, bc 30 minutes after Mortin, I was feeling better...Hope you feel better shortly, I know the pain all too well
